Refunds and Returns Policy

Unopened products

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must remain unopened in their original sealed packaging. Contact [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back; we will provide instructions and the return address.

Opened products are not eligible for routine returns. If you believe a product is faulty, contact us with the order number and any batch reference on its packaging.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Report damage, defects, or an incorrect item within seven days of delivery, including photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including applicable shipping charges.

Refund timing and shipping costs

Approved refunds return to the original payment method after inspection, usually within 5–10 business days; bank timing may vary. Original shipping is nonrefundable and you pay return postage unless we made an error.
